Since the age of 16 I have been involved in selling – that now makes me a) old and b) doing it for 28 years!
Since then I have been trained by some of the best institutions in the world – particularly Yell (or Hibu or Yellow Pages!) where their consultative sales process training is known to be the best in the industry.
Throughout my career I have also been involved in mentoring and training other members of the team – this has happened in every place I have worked and has enabled me to hone my sales and training skills in order to be able to offer what I do today.
From a sales perspective, I won several awards in my time at Yell, I hold the record for the longest amount of consecutive target achievements within the Trader Media Group and have consistently practiced what I preach when it comes to training others.
From a training perspective then I was on the steering committee for re-designing the group training course for Trader Media Group and have developed numerous members of my team(s) to grow and progress within the company.

On a personal level I am married with 3 children and a dog (not entirely sure which is the harder to work with!)
